The service

Peaks to Flats is job tracking software provided by Humanear, Inc. to roofing contractors under a separate agreement with each contractor. These terms cover use of the software by the contractor's staff.

Accounts

Accounts are created by a contractor for its own employees. You may use the software only as authorized by your employer, and only for your employer's work. Do not share your sign-in link with anyone.

Text message notifications

You may choose to receive text messages when work is assigned to you by enabling the setting in your profile. Messages are sent by your employer from its registered number. Frequency varies with workload, typically a few per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. You can also turn the setting off at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data

Job records entered into the software belong to the contractor whose account they are in. Humanear does not access contractor data except to operate and support the service.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided as is.
